When we got our 8 week old puppy, Baxter, we needed help caring for him right away, and every day. Rain City was recommended to us by our neighbor and we got started with puppy visits with Nadja.

What to expect at the Meet & Greet:

We’ll visit your home to meet you and your dog, ensuring a comfortable introduction and gathering the important details to offer the best care

During the meet & greet, we’ll:

Discuss the service(s) you’re interested in and your dog’s daily routine, personality, and preferences.
Ask questions to better understand your dog, including:
- What training has your dog had? What are your training goals moving forward?
- Does your dog display any behaviors we should be aware of, such as guarding or reactivity?
- Is your dog comfortable around other dogs, especially in close quarters (e.g., traveling in a van)?
- What is your dog’s play style? Are they ball-obsessed, sniffers, wrestlers, or fans of a good chase?
- How familiar is your dog with long-leash walks, and how well do they walk on a leash?

Next Steps:

If our dog park adventures seem like a good fit, we’ll schedule a trial run to see how your dog gets along with the group.
For leashed walks or other services, we’ll confirm the schedule and get started right away!
